Peach cake

preheat the oven to 180C
Grease and line an 8-inch tube cake tin
sprinkle sugar inside the cake tin
400 g Peaches
1 tsp cinnamon
30 g sugar
Stone and chop the peaches
sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and mix in
125 g Butter
200 g Sugar
cream the butter and sugar together
2 eggs
beat in the eggs
200 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
mix the flour salt and baking powder
mix three-quarters of the flour with the batter
drain the juice from the peaches into the batter and mix in
coat the peaches with the remaining flour
gently fold the peaches into the batter
pour into the cake tin
cook for 1 hour
